Emailzeta LLC is not registered in the Spanish Commercial Register because it is a foreign company without a permanent establishment in Spain. The activity carried out does not require prior administrative authorisation.
2. Purpose
IberiaData is a business-to-business (B2B) directory of companies and professionals operating in Spain. It allows anyone to search basic public information and allows registered users to unlock professional contact details (email and telephone) in exchange for credits.
3. Conditions of use of the website
Access to the website is free, except for the paid services described in the Terms of sale and use. By browsing the website you agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice.
In particular, you may not:
- extract or reuse, systematically or massively, all or a substantial part of the contents of the directory by automated means (robots, scrapers, crawlers) or manually, outside the official API and its limits;
- circumvent technical protection measures, rate limits or access controls;
- use the website to send spam or for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- introduce viruses or any code that may damage the website or the systems of third parties.
We apply technical limits on queries and may block, without notice, access from addresses or accounts showing abusive behaviour.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The website, its source code, design, logos, texts and the IberiaData brand belong to Emailzeta LLC or to its licensors.
The IberiaData database is protected by the sui generis right of the database maker (Directive 96/9/EC and Articles 133 et seq. of the Spanish Intellectual Property Law), as it is the result of a substantial investment in obtaining, verifying and presenting its contents. Extraction or re-utilisation of all or a substantial part of it, or the repeated and systematic extraction of insubstantial parts, without authorisation is prohibited.
Nothing in these conditions implies a transfer or licence of these rights beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as described in the Terms.
5. Liability
Emailzeta LLC works to keep the information accurate and the website available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Directory data come from sources accessible to the public and from information published by the companies and professionals themselves, and may become outdated.
We are not responsible for the use that third parties make of the information, nor for the contents of external websites linked from this website.
6. Data subjects
If you appear in the directory and want your information to be corrected or removed, use the form at https://iberiadata.com/data-rights or write to info@emailzeta.com. Requests are handled free of charge and, where removal applies, the record stops being shown and distributed.
7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers and data subjects in their country of residence, which shall apply in any case.
